The students not only improved their English speaking skills, but learnt from the experts how to analyse the media with a view to discerning bias and methods of counteracting it. The program is now being adopted in other schools around the country.

Recently he was contacted by Jennia Chodorov, and the upshot is that now he gives magic lessons to disadvantaged children in Herzliya. He is assisted by three other teachers – a doctor, a financial analyst and an executive director. The classes, says Dr. Samson, help build up confidence and leadership skills. He also considers the source of that word "Abracadabra".
