launch of Neve ESRA, the new project adopted by ESRA Modiin. The event was horoured by many dignitaries, including guest of honor Mayor Haim Bibas who spoke about ESRA’s wonderful contribution to communities throughout Israel and Modiin in particular. The artistic program included many talented performers, and Seffi Rosenberg, coordinator of Neve ESRA, expressed deep appreciation to ESRA for their support and backing.
