We would like to draw your attention to the following:

This is the first time we are in contact with the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit of Ichilov Hospital.

We would like to express our heartfelt feelings for the amazing care and treatment of the entire staff under the leadership of Dr. Ron Ram. The entire staff, the doctors, nurses and sanitary help, is more than 100% devoted to their work and patients, which is unbelievable and heartwarming to all. 

We would also like to mention that the cooperation of the staff representing the coexistence in a harmonious atmosphere could be an example of our multicultural society.

In contrast to the negative opinions heard regarding the public health care in our country, we are experiencing the complete opposite. Therefore, we find the need to express our gratitude for Dr. Ron Ram, this department and their hardworking staff by writing you a letter, wishing it could have been visible to the greater public.
