Barry Katz's organization specializes in training people to communicate with maximum effectiveness. His interactive communication workshops and seminars, individual coaching, on-the-job training, and consulting services help professionals communicate effectively, so they can work successfully. Barry's is one of the most highly successful organizations in the country and he travels all over the world giving training courses and coaching.

We were lucky enough to be given the honor of a morning workshop with Barry; he is the son of Hertzel, a past chairman of ESRA, and Lola Katz, both long time ESRA members and volunteers.  The workshop was a revelation. Barry managed to tell us in words that we as persons and volunteers could understand totally, how we could improve our own skills and attitudes, thereby enabling us to present ourselves and ESRA more effectively. We learned how to look forward to trying and accepting changes and challenges instead of backing away from them and how to do all this with a sense of humor.

For three solid hours he had us in the palm of his hand and we all came away feeling that we had learnt so much and that we would achieve so much more, both for ESRA and for ourselves.

We thank Barry for volunteering his time, professionalism and lovely sense of humor to enrich all the participants.  Thanks to his parents for bringing him to us and thanks to ESRA for another exciting morning.
