Calories? Who cares about calories when you’re faced with a cake like this?

Ahron Levy, son of our veteran volunteer Marion Levy, gave us a wonderful demonstration of his cake-decorating skills. All eyes were on the yummy cakes he had in front of him while he created roses, ribbons, strips and what not to decorate those beautiful mouthwatering cakes.

The most elegant cake, which was suitable for a wedding, bar mitzvah or brit, was auctioned off, with the proceeds going to ESRA Rishon for the birthday project with children at high risk, run by the municipality. The evening ended with everyone enjoying one of Ahron's creations - the most delicious, fantastically decorated chocolate mousse cake. Calories were gained by all but this was just too beautiful for anyone to resist.
