Modiin’s ESRA Book Bus is on the move to new locations and bringing great reading opportunities for those who can’t get to either of our bookshops in Modiin and Raanana.

Thanks to our hosts, long-time members and volunteers Gillian and Raymond Domnitz of Rehovot, for leading where we hope many others will follow!

Based on an idea from Jane Krivine, ESRA Modiin initiated the first ESRA BOOK BUS event in May. A steady flow of guests bought – and brought – books, new friends were made and all agreed that it was a successful experience.

So promising is our new venture that we have already zoned in on the next two communities that will host our book bus which offers a broad selection of novels, non-fiction, kids, youth, sci-fi, classics, etc.

The ESRA Book Bus is a tiger by the tail. We are only just beginning, but the horizon looks fabulous. All we need from you is an invitation and a location – we will do the rest.
