House parties have been launched with great success. The latest one held at the home of Avril Weinstein proved to be a real hit. Two Ethiopian women, long time embroiderers Mulu Askes and her sister Osnat came as guests and spoke about their life experiences here in Israel and in Ethiopia. Many of the items were sold and it was a real happening. Avril treated all the guests to high tea with scones, jam and cream and delicious crustless sandwiches. Some of the guests agreed to host such parties later in the year.

A super sale of packets of greeting cards and placemats is now going on. The prices have been greatly reduced to make room for new items. The cards are now NIS 10 and the placemats are NIS 5. Be sure to get your supply while the sale continues. It will end just after Pesach.

A new item is now available - beautiful guest hand towels embroidered with a colorful hamsa - "Hand on Hand". The cost is just NIS 30 per towel.

We want to keep this project alive and continue to provide work for groups of women in Rosh Haayin, Netanya, Rehovot and Kfar Saba.
