Anita Siegel, owner of Lingualink, Foreign Language Training
Anita Siegel, ESRA member and regular hiker with the Hiking Club, won the LTM Star Award at a festive ceremony held in London this September. Her company, Lingualink, was chosen as the 2009 Agency of the Middle East & Africa out of five nominees from Israel, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon.
LTM (Language Travel Magazine) is the leading monthly magazine worldwide in the field of overseas language courses.The LTM Star Awards are unique in the international education industry; education organizations vote for their preferred agent partners and vice versa.
There are 21 categories, and Israel falls in the Middle East & Africa category.
Anita is the owner of Lingualink Foreign Language Training (established 1991). Lingualink initially provided customized language training for Israeli corporations and in 1993 became an agent for a few English language schools in the UK. Gradually Lingualink incorporated a wider range of language schools, including boutique schools. Anita’s focus remained on hand-picked quality schools for adults and on providing the best possible professional service.
Today Lingualink represents a range of English language schools in all English speaking countries as well as local language schools in countries that speak Spanish, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, Russian and Chinese.
Anita has visited hundreds of language schools and developed a network of support with schools and agents from around the world. She attends international workshops with language schools once or twice a year. All of Lingualink’s clients receive personal consultation and guidance from Anita and offers which are adjusted to the needs and expectations of each client.
