Recently, I was invited to a “Bring-an-interesting-plate-of-food-together-with-the-recipe” dinner.  Irene Gee and Judy Samuels of Herzliya Pituach decided that they would like to print a Recipe Book of delicious food and give the proceeds to ESRA.   There were 40 invited guests and 27 of them brought the most delicious starters, soups, pies, fish, vegetables, salads and scrumptious desserts. The large dinner table was strewn with colorful, beautifully decorated, amazing-looking food. Needless to say, I took very little of everything and still took too much because each dish cried out “taste me!”

Irene and Judy are asking all ESRA members to please send them their favorite recipes to be included in the book to Irene Gee at irene@geefamily.com
