ESRA supporters from the Hebrew-speaking community who attended the one man show “Who Moved My Stool?” at Beit Weil, Kfar Shmaryahu were privileged to view a superlative performance.

Ayal Masad, a young and talented Israeli actor who suffers from multiple sclerosis, held his audience spellbound as he portrayed his battle with MS and his experiences with those who were there to help him. This tour de force was filled with humor, sensitivity and courage that left his viewers filled with hope and admiration for this exemplary man.

Heartfelt thanks are due to Nurit, coordinator of ESRA’s Kadima Club for disabled young adults and the Kfar Shmaryahu Youth Club for teenagers with special needs. This amazing young woman initiated and organized this event. She was responsible for turning Beit Weil into an elegant setting filled with flowers and delicious foods, all donated, for the benefit of these two ESRA community projects.

We thank everyone who worked so hard to make this special evening so successful.

Debby Lieberman is chairperson of ESRA.
