At the Riding Center in Kibbutz Maggal the care and attention given to Amir – an Ethiopian boy with cerebral palsy - has helped him so much. He has begun to speak and now makes contact with people, and it is clear that he is an intelligent child with potential.

center. This is a very successful ESRA project, now in its third year. Until ESRA became involved in the center the children only studied until 1pm and then went home. Now they are in a framework till 5pm and the afternoon program focuses on enhancing the children's educational and social abilities, reinforcing normal behaviors and discouraging violent ones.
