Once a week Chris Brown dons a black hat and a red gown, rings a brass bell, calls out "oyez, oyez" and makes mayoral announcements. During his break he told Mrs. Aisenberg of his visit to Bergen-Belsen when he was 12 years old, and the family's acquaintance with an inmate, "Eva", who eventually settled in Norway.
