The annual golf tournament, as usual capably organized by Linda Isaacs and Dudley Kessel, was played at Gaash Golf Club on the afternoon of Wednesday June 23.

This year there was an entry of 54 competitors and the format played was better ball stableford which is played for in pairs – this will not mean a lot to you non-golfers but to the competitors this format gives the best chance for those competing to make the best possible score no matter what their level of golf.  

As will be noted from the scores it was a closely fought battle – which was enjoyed on a warm early summer's afternoon.

                           46 points with better closing holes

Runners up:      Aviva Smadar and Henrietta Esser

3rd place:           David Assia and Haim Shininger                   

                           45 points
