Yonit Gurfinkel, ESRA’s new Executive Director, started her career with ESRA in January 2011.

Yonit comes to us from the Raanana municipality with a great deal of relevant experience - working with volunteers, coordinating work processes between municipal departments, private organizations and government departments, organizing special events, strategic planning and monitoring of long term projects. She has an MBA and is fluent in both English and Hebrew.  In fact, everything we need at ESRA! 

Her drive, interest and determination to absorb all aspects of ESRA and become totally involved are already evident. Her charm and good humor have won over all the volunteers she has met so far.

We welcome her into ESRA and wish her a fruitful, successful and exciting career with us.
